Alma College students have the opportunity to participate and receive funds to offset the cost of an Alma Venture - a hands-on experience that takes the theory of the classroom into a practical setting. Ventures might be an internship, hands-on research, study abroad, clinical project or service.

McKenzie Fox of Holt, MI received an Alma Venture in summer 2015, described as: Academia Latinoamericana, Quito, Ecuador and Cusco, Peru.
